Of all of the portions of area that are popular with tourists, one that will certainly leave a lasting impression on you is the Twin Lagoons. Whether you are simply in the area for a vacation or you are on an island hopping adventure or dive tour, this is stunning natural beauty that will never disappoint.
Lucky me, and with blogger friends we're able to drop, jump, swim, and slide in to this lagoons. To be honest, I was afraid of the idea at first because of the tight and tiny area to go through but thank God my body is loaded with "soft" fats that I could just slide in. I'm flexible you see!
But before I continue on talking about Coron's Twin Lagoons, let me just inform you that my GoPro shots here are not that good. Not sure why, but probably because of the sunlight, or most likely because I was using it for the first time that day. Well, anyway...
Twin Lagoons is nestled within one of the small islets around Coron Island, which happens to be a hot spot for snorkeling adventures. Swimming is available in both portions of the lagoon, with the smaller pool offering more freshwater. One most of the tours in the area, you will be given around 30 minutes to enjoy swimming. There are also private charter boats that you can hire for the day so that you can spend more time enjoying all that the lagoons have to offer.
The first of the two lagoons is where the boats come in for docking and the second lagoon is more hidden,
Have you ever seen a pig jumping off a boat? Well, that's how it looks like. After that jump. everybody there felt my tsunami effect.
But here's me. happy me. Excited to try and see if I'll be stuck in the middle of the lagoons. It will then be called "Twin Lagoons and a Pig in the Middle". But here is where there is only a small crevice for access that is located under the rock...
or in the middle of high tide by way of a ladder. That's me nervous by the way, I think Channel there is also nervous and worried if I'll be able to make it on the other side. We're hoping I won't ruin this lovely place. No worries, I left Channel my last words before trying to slip into the other lagoon.
Ahh.. yes! That's my happy face. Happy that I made it on the other side of the world..este... lagoon! I'm still alive! But I did have to remove my life jacket though, and press all my fats in.
And since we're surrounded with a great beauty, I asked the gang with me to do a 360 video which will be finish and shared with you here in this travel blog - sorry, no time to edit a video for now.

We're wearing our snorkels and fins, the fins helped us swim fast and effortless but there's nothing much to see down there because it's...well, really deep.
See me trying to see what's down there? Nope, all I see is green! and humans. No, I don't mean human dead bodies, human swimming with me.
Many people love the natural splendor that these lagoons offer, where you will often be able to see the ocean wall phenomenon. This where the waters within the lagoons will be blurry due to the meeting of both fresh and salt water.
Many travelers like to make plans to visit the Twin Lagoons as part of an island hopping adventure in Coron. There are a number of excursions that you can choose from, including a guided tour of the region and specialized diving tours that include the Twin Lagoons and other popular water ways around the Coron islands.
