Last year, I was in Davao and was able to try out 2 hotels in Davao City which are the Park Inn by Radisson Davao and ALU Hotel in Davao. So obviously, I couldn’t endorse to you all the hotels in my 20 list of hotels in Davao City that I am making and sharing to you in this blog post, but then these hotels comes highly recommended not only by yours truly, but also by their hotel guests.
So yes, I’m also basing my list on what others say about the hotel.
Also, I was able to search all hotels (that can be found online) before I went to Davao Philippines which gives me a total of 61 list of hotels in Davao City. So pretty much I have my list of candidates since last year and got a lot of choices, and with the help of other guest’s reviews I was able to filter it and bring it down to 20 hotels in Davao City that comes highly recommended.

Again, these list are not only from me but also from guests around the world who have tried their hotels. The list will also be automatically updated depending on their reviews and ratings from their new guests. The list may be a mix of Davao hotels and inns, some may also have a pool, some may also don’t. Some may be affordable, some may not. I’m happy that (as of today, while I’m writing this blog post) one of the hotels in the list of hotels in Davao City I've given you, I’ve tried is within the top 5 recommended hotels, which is the Park Inn by Radisson Davao. It’s just at the back of SM Lanang Premier and walking distance to Microtel Inn and Suites Davao. So, maybe you want to check out my post too before booking any of these hotels.
The other hotel that I’ve also tried is within the top 10 recommend hotel, which is the ALU Hotel located in Downtown area.
