With that, let me share with you some list of hotels in El Nido, hotels I’ve found and seen in town and some may have been one of those I searched about but wasn’t able to book or stay at because they’re fully booked. Still, this will be a huge list for you to go through.
I do hope that this list of El Nido hotels will be able to help you find the accommodation you need or want for your trip in El Nido. I’ll also try to include the price range of each hotels in El Nido that I’ll include in the list since I wasn’t able to gather everything but I hope it will still be helpful for you.
This list is not only a list of hotels, since it's a small town, there are a number of inns, BnB's, and other small time accommodations you can find in this list. But still, they are all accommodations.
Hotels in El Nido Town Proper
First off, here are the El Nido Palawan hotels that is just within the town. These might be your first choice since these hotels are not a hassle to find, easy to go back to after an island hopping, and easy to access and are near to restaurants and stores.Dayunan El Nido Tourist Inn

Please note that these El Nido hotels are just walking distance from the shores. It is crowded in the town, and there are even parties going on sometimes. But if noise is your concern, there are areas in the town that it’s not that noisy even there’s a party from the shore.
Resorts in El Nido
Some of you may prefer a resort than a hotel. An accommodation that is on the beach or maybe have it’s own swimming pool. These list is a combination of both, but as for the distance they may be a bit away from the town but just few minutes of a tricycle ride.El Nido All Seasons Resorts

We actually stayed at Caalan Beach Resort in El Nido, which I highly recommend. Though it’s tucked on the corner you don’t need to go to the town proper for a tour since they do organize their own tour (same price and islands as the others) and the pick-up is just right in front of the resort, at their own beach. You need to walk on the shore though since there may be times that its low tide, the boat can’t go that near to the resort.

There are some El Nido resorts I've included above that are in the town proper, so most likely it's just on the shore but it's not recommended to swim at the town proper's beach since it's not that clean anymore.
There are also resorts in El Nido listed above that are far from town, about 30 minutes (maybe) tricycle ride but the sunsets there are amazing - in the area of Corong-Corong.

There are actually a lot of accommodations in El Nido, some are even further away from the town but it’s really peaceful too. If you love the Nacpan Beach, you may also stay there. There are limited rooms there though.
