3 Coron Islands Beach Bumming Tour

3 Coron Islands Beach Bumming Tour

If you’re following me on Instagram or like our official fan page, you’re surely updated that I’ve been to Coron Palawan last month for a break. Yes, it was in early June not April to May, but it’s still summer for me. The real summer is the season I’m really busy with work, and since my work load is a bit lighter and it was my birthday week, that would be really great to just take a break and go offline. Anyway, I was so lucky and loved that Asia Grand View Hotel and Sea Coral Lodge in Coron provided me the accommodation so I could have this awesome and unforgettable adventure with two (2) fellow bloggers. Plus, not just that Blue Lagoon Adventure Travel & Tours also took care of our tours there in Coron for 5 straight days. I’m so blessed with these awesome people that I don’t know how to thank them enough for supporting this travel blog and my fellow travel buddies and bloggers. DIY Quick Tour in Cebu City

DIY Quick Tour in Cebu City

My client from the US came here in the Philippines, and he asked all his team come here in Cebu to meet. He asked me to give the team a tour around Cebu city since they’ve never been here in Cebu before, and I’m from Cebu so it will be best to organize it myself. So, I happily accept the task to do it since that would be really useful in sharing it with you all here through this travel blog, Exotic Philippines ! At first I thought that it will be just the 4 of us, I decided to just hire a taxi for the whole trip. But since they’re tagging along their friend and special someone, and it’s best to put us all in one car (to get to know each other) I hire a car rental instead – which is better. Fish Trip at Malcapuya Island Coron

Fish Trip at Malcapuya Island Coron

Let’s Fish trip! Fish trip, is my made up term that actually means going underwater and looking for fishes and bond with them. I love discovering new things, and going underwater is one of my bucket list but I was afraid for years because I seem to be traumatized in my younger years when I almost drowned. And Coron Palawan seems to be the cure of my trauma and the answer to my bucket list. I’ve been and challenge a couple of times to go diving, but I was thinking twice about it because I’m way too afraid. So snorkeling is a great and ideal first step for me to comfortable and conquer my trauma with swimming, and I did not regret doing it at Malcapuya Island in Coron Palawan . The Malcapuya Island is actually owned by Henann Group of Resorts, it’s not yet developed or have been commercialized like other islands in the Philippines but I’m guessing they’re planning to. The island has white beach like Boracay Philippines, beautiful view, and all. Well, see for yourself.

Choosing The Best Wine For The Season

Choosing The Best Wine For The Season

Nothing helps you appreciate great seasonal weather and atmosphere than an appropriate drink to accompany the moment, and when it comes to choosing a wine there are a variety of great ones that are perfect for you to pair with a meal , a season, or even specific types of weather. If you’re looking to plan a party and are thinking of serving wine, here are a few tips for making your best seasonal pairings. Summer When it comes to picking great bottles of wine for the summer, there is no doubt that you’re going to be looking mainly at lighter and refreshing wines that can be served cold on a hot summer day. The most popular choice tends to be French Rosé, most of which come from various southern regions of France such as Provence and even Languedoc-Roussillon. Summertime is also a great opportunity to pop open a bottle of bubbles, the most popular, once more, being from France, specifically Champagne. Autumn The slightly cooler months of autumn will call for a little more warmt

Lunch Break at Banana Island Coron

Lunch Break at Banana Island Coron

When our guide Ryan said that one of the islands that we’ll visit on that day is Banana Island , first thing comes in mind is that there must be a lot of Banana’s in the island. But, Ryan said that the island is shaped like a Banana from the top. Banana island, also known as Dicalabuan Island is 1.5 hours away from the Coron town, which is also near to the high class resort, Two Seasons Coron Island Resort and Spa at Bulalacao Island – which can also be seen from the Bulog Dos Island  side. Exotic Philippines along with 2 fellow bloggers, visited the Banana island after the Bulog Dos island and took our lunch in the island - and that's why this post is entitled the lunch break at Banana Island. It was around 12 noon when we arrived in the island, and after 15 minutes of swimming at Bulog Dos I was already hungry. Our cottage for the day. It's simple but the view is awesome. Our cottage also gives a quick access to the beach and we can just actually watch Lia pla

Sea Coral Lodge Coron Review – Your Affordable Accommodation Choice in Coron

June 7-9, 2015 – I was staying at Sea Coral Lodge in Coron Palawan with my fellow blogger friends. We stayed at Asia Grand View before that for 3 days and 2 nights too, and since we want to extend our stay in Coron to experience everything in Coron I decided to have an affordable or cheap accommodation for the next few nights so I’d be able to blog and share other options for those who wants to save more with their accommodation. I contacted Sea Coral Lodge if they’re interested on being a sponsor a few nights stay, and they opened their rooms wide open for us. So, first off thank you Sea Coral Lodge for having us!
