Below 2000 Rooms in Cebu City – Part 1

6 months ago I have answered a post about the cheapest accommodation in Cebu Philippines. That is near the airport and somewhere in Cebu City to Mactan Island.

For this WEEK I’m going to share with everyone the hotels, inns, and pension house in Cebu City that have rooms that you can stay at for around 2,000 Php and/or lower. We’ll divide each accommodation according to its location, so you could stay at a place where you prefer and a location that you want best.

I’m sharing this with everyone since there are a lot of people who wants to take a holiday and possibly want to stay here in Cebu and experience the holiday fun.  

The red area is the general Maxilom Avenue and the blue road is for the F. Ramos street.

GENERAL MAXILOM AVENUE & MANGO AVENUE in Cebu City

If you stay in this area, you’ll surely be near some entertainment businesses, night life, grocery stores, and restaurants. If you’re willing, you can actually just walk this area and you could be able to walk this straight street and get to the nearest restaurants, fast foods, etc.

If you have a business to go to at IT park, you’re just few minutes away and you can just take a jeepney going there. If you love walking and can take about 30 minutes walk, you can just take a walk going to the Ayala mall in this area. I used to live in this area and just walk to the Ayala Business ground.

All of these following accommodations are beside the street of Maxilom Avenue, Mango Avenue or either just few walks away from these avenues. So some may not be within the street, but it would just take you some few walks to get into these avenues. The following will may be a pension house in Cebu or a hotel:

I also used to have a place in this area. What’s great in this area is that you’re near downtown and in Mango Avenue, you can just walk it or take a ride of the jeepneys. Ramos street have internet café’s a medical school, veterinary clinics, fast food stores, Robinsons Mall, etc. These are not pension house in Cebu but if you prefer this area it's okay and suggested too.
